Whereas the first team is a website and a phone application based on the link between the second party and the consumer beneficiary (the customer who wants to buy), as the second party displays and markets its products of all kinds through social media through the first team in legal ways and in a way that does not violate the regulations and laws in force within the Kingdom of Jordan. Al-Hashimiyya applies to the general public (the consumer beneficiary represented by the customer who wants to buy), who in turn browses the goods on the website belonging to the first team and chooses the goods that he wishes to purchase through this website through the first team, and the fact that the first team specializes in this field and has experience and knowledge and possesses all the necessary components. Therefore, he is legally licensed to conduct electronic marketing of goods, products and services. It was agreed between the first and second parties to organize this agreement as follows:
First: The introduction to this agreement is considered an integral part of it and is read with it as a single installment.
Second: - Obligations of the first party: -
- Maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of the second party’s information.
- Obtaining prior approval from the second party in the event that the second party’s data is shared with any party, with the aim of protecting this data to improve and conduct the first team’s work to provide the best services to the second party.
- Marketing the goods of the second party in a manner that does not violate the applicable regulations and laws.
Third: The obligations of the second party:
- Ensure all local and international laws and compliance with them regarding the legal import, receipt, possession, use and sale of the product by displaying it on the website of the first party from the second party.
- Providing accurate and correct information as required by the site and updating it upon request
- Create an account on the website.
- Notifying the First Party of any unauthorized use of the Second Party’s account or any breach of the account or of the Second Party’s password.
- Commitment not to display non-prohibited products and goods, which include:

5. Illegal sale of copyrights in media or software
