RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
- SE-SUPPLY application is an intermediary between seller (the owners of goods and products) & the buyer/Customer, meaning that the application is a display platform for products only.

- If you request a refund, SE-SUPPLY will deliver your request to the seller & Only the original amount will be returned by the same original payment method that was used to make the reservation or purchase.

• You have the right to request a refund within 24 hours of receiving  your order.
- Refunds of payments are applicable only in the cases of:

• If the goods or products are damaged.
• Receive an order other than your request.

Once a refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• Note: SE-SUPPLY is not responsible for the goods & products in the following sections:

- food 
- medical equipment
- Book store
- sellers (owners of goods and products) bear full responsibility for there goods and products in the application.
- Customers/buyers can communicate with us directly if there is a desire to communicate directly with the sellers (the owners of goods and products) and we will provide the customer/buyers with the information to contact them directly.

- Customers/buyers can communicate directly with us through the communication info founded in the “Contact Us” option in the application or our accounts on social media.
